Dry ingredients * 1 tsp. baking soda * 1 tsp. GF baking powder * 1 tsp. ground cinnamon * 1 and 3/4 cup your favorite GF flour blend

Wet ingredients * 1/2 cup softened butter * 3/4 cup white sugar * 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree

optional: chocolate chips, nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift dry ingredients together. Cream the butter and the sugar. Add the pumpkin, then add the dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips and nuts if desired. Beat until smooth. Spoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 mins
