Food and Beer!

Today I was asked by Collective Bias to check out Duane Reade's DR Delish Department and the new growler beer bar, called Brew York City (they have their own twitter handle brewyorkcity)

I live right outside of NYC and after seeing all of the delicious items that Duane Reade has to offer, I'm jealous I'm not closer!

I bought a whole bunch of stuff including a Growler (Growlers are generally made of glass and have either a screw-on cap) of beer for my boyfriend. I'm gluten sensitive and can not drink beer. The total of all my items were under $30!

The DR Department had an amazing selection of food. Everything was labeled with ingredients and their selection of trail mixes and chocolate had listed specially if it was gluten free and free of other allergies! Very impressed. Also, after purchasing a growler with beer, when you come back for a refill, it's only $3.99 to fill the 64oz jug!

I took a ton of pictures and my boyfriend LOVED the beer! And is excited to get a refill soon!
